Throughout the world there are many who are refuges from their homeland, looking for a safe and secure place to rebuild and find stability. Since the fall of Adam, each of us is born into a world that is not the place God had designed for us to be. We are all looking for an escape from the lost and broken world of this age and to find a place of safety, security and love. In scripture, it is God who is referred to as our refuge. This refuge that God offers us has many characteristics, and these characteristics are exactly what Refuge Church is looking to be for those who are searching and seeking the one who can provide eternal safety and security; Jesus.
