In Isaiah the Isrealites were told to draw from the well of salvation, or more accurately, the well of Yeshua. In Ephesians 5:18 we are told to be filled with the Spirit. Be filled, as in to continuously filled until completion. Just as we continually draw from the well of Yeshua, we are to fill ourselves with the same Spirit that filled Christ.
